Learning on Whollify

Signing up as yourself, with no institution behind you. See the home page.

No. Most of Whollify is yours alone: take a course at your own pace, run a research project end to end, build something, work with AI throughout. Signing up also puts you in Whollify School, the school Sierra Africa runs on its own platform, which is where the other side of a peer evaluation comes from when a course asks for one. No application, and no cohort to wait for.

Where it is switched on, every score carries the evaluator's name and the student rates the evaluator back, so both sides are on the record. The same work is graded a second time, and where the two disagree it goes to staff rather than being averaged away. An evaluator who consistently rates apart from everyone else shows up in their own record.

It is the constraint the platform was built under, not an edge case we handle. Sessions survive a dropped connection and rejoin where they left off, and the interface is built for the network our own students are on.

Running your school

Not on day one. Most schools start with one faculty or one cohort while the existing systems keep running, which is the only way to find out what you actually depend on. Whollify takes the parts you move onto it and stays out of the rest.

You do not have to use peer evaluation, and the academic policy stays yours either way. What Whollify produces is the record: who evaluated whom, when, against which rubric, with what score, and what the second grade said. It is your school's data, it can be taken out, and staff sign off on what becomes official, so your registrar gets more evidence behind each result than a spreadsheet of marks.

Less than delivering the same material, and different in kind: staff set the structure, look at what gets flagged, and sign off on results. Setting your school up is fast, but your timeline is set by your curriculum and your people rather than by our software. Come to us with one programme you want moved and we will scope that, not the whole institution.

One price covers up to 500 students, and it does not move as you fill it: a department of 200 and a department of 500 pay the same. Staff are free on top of that and are never counted, however many lecturers, coordinators and administrators you put on it. You get institution-level terms, one point of contact and one invoice however many departments are running.

No. Everyone inside an institution's school is covered by what the institution pays, students and staff alike. Individual plans exist for people joining Whollify School directly, not for students whose school already pays.

Nothing changes and nothing is charged. Anyone you enrol is covered by what you already pay, right up to 500 students, and staff are never counted at all. Past 500 it stops being a department, so we talk, and that conversation starts from what you already pay rather than from a blank page.

Everything that is not an AI app carries on exactly as before. Classes, evaluations, submissions, attendance and records are never metered, so the month ends normally and the allowance resets. You can also top up whenever you would rather not wait.
